Closed Saturday & Sunday
Hours are: 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with Driver’s License and IDs needing to be in the office no later than 3:00pm and title transfers needing to be in the office no later than 3:30 p.m.
Notary commission and ordination registrations, marriage license applications, death certificates and marriage certificates will be issued at the Winona County Recorder’s Office located at 202 W 3rd St, Winona, MN.
The new license center location can issue birth certificates needed for REAL and Enhanced ID’s.
